Group Study Room Information and Policies
- The Farley Library has four study rooms available for use in the Alden Learning Commons (basement floor).
- Reservations can be made up to one week in advance.
- Rooms may be reserved for a minimum of one hour and a maximum of two hours per booking.
- Each room has white boards and has tables and seating for up to eight people.
- Dry erase markers can be checked out at the Circulation Desk on the first floor.
- Do not leave personal items in the study room in order to hold the space. The Farley Library is not responsible for personal items left behind.
- If the room is not reserved, it is open for anyone to use. However, you must vacate the study room if it is reserved.
- In the spirit of hospitality, if you or your group to not occupy the study room within 15 of your reservation's start time, it is considered available for anyone to use.
- Rooms should be left in good condition after use. This includes erasing the boards, disposing of trash and putting furniture back in their original positions.
